The Fiore Collection requires considerable steps for the producing of each bag. The 4 week process starts with the custom designing for the laser-cutting and the choice of the superb leather.
After choosing the leather hide, we cut the pattern of each individual bag. Then each piece goes to the technician for the laser-cutting. Then the bag is assembled. After that procedure, the bag is then dyed in a vat of water mixed with pigments. (As each piece is individually dyed, you will naturally have a slight variation of color.)
After three days of air drying the bags have a layer of wax applied, then another drying day. A steamer is then used along with a press to form the desired shape. The bags are then tumbled for the „distressed“ leather look. Each piece is handcrafted in Italy by Italian Artisans.
